Hongyuan Holdings Group actively supports the optimization of the business environment for cross-border trade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promoting the development of headquarters economy.

In order to implement the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during the symposium on advancing the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, carry out the work deployment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Party and government leaders' symposium, and promote the implementation of the "Cooperative Framework Agreement for the Coordinated Development of the Business Environment for Cross-Border Trade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region," the "2023 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cross-Border Trade Business Environment Coordinated Development Forum" was held in Beijing on September 4 during the China International Fair for Trade in Services. Hongyuan Holdings Group was invited to participate as a supporting unit, and Cao Li, Vice President of Hongyuan Holdings Group, was appointed as an "Expert Consultant for Business Environment and Headquarters Economic Development in Beijing."

Established in 2001, Hongyuan Holding Group is one of the earliest port logistics companies to settle at Beijing Capital International Airport. With over two decades of dedicated service, it has gradually developed projects such as the Hongyuan Import Secondary Warehouse, Export Assembly Warehouse, Hongyuan Bonded Warehouse, Cross-border E-commerce Direct Mail Station, and the main logistics center for the Winter Olympics. These projects offer comprehensive port services tailored to various B2B and B2C business scenarios. Leveraging the advantages of being located at the Beijing Capital Airport, Hongyuan's port logistics services in Beijing are among the earliest and most mature, accounting for approximately 50% of the air cargo import and export volume in the Beijing area. Furthermore, Hongyuan actively transfers its mature experience from the Beijing port to other port areas such as Nanchang, Chengdu, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Brussels, and more. By coordinating with the national "dual circulation" development strategy, it is building a high-quality port service support system that aligns with the international air cargo network, thereby assisting regional businesses in collaborative development and promoting the optimization of the cross-border trade business environment.

Received an appointment as an Expert Consultant for Beijing Business Environment and Headquarters Economic Development Think Tank.

At the event, Li Yanling, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, presented appointment letters to the second group of "Beijing Business Environment and Headquarters Economic Development Think Tank Expert Consultants." Leveraging the contributions of Hongyuan Holdings Group in areas such as air cargo, port logistics, and cross-border e-commerce to promote the establishment of a market-oriented, rule-of-law, and international first-class business environment, Cao Li, Vice President of Hongyuan Holdings Group, was invited to serve as an expert consultant. In the future, she will actively benchmark international and domestic advanced standards and experiences, provide insights and strategies for headquarters economic development, and leverage the group's strengths to inject new vitality into urban headquarters economic development.

The "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cross-Border Trade Business Environment Coordination Development Forum" is the inaugural grand event for coordinating the business environment development among the port cities of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. It is also one of the theme forums of this year's International Fair for Trade in Services. The forum was hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Beijing Customs, with support from the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, Tianjin Customs, and Shijiazhuang Customs. It was organized by the Beijing Port Association and attended by over 500 participants, including relevant government departments, port operators, enterprises, business associations, experts, and scholars from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Hongyuan will take this opportunity to leverage its strengths, actively collaborate in the coordinated development of sea, land, and air ports in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and contribute to enhancing the facilitation of cross-border trade and improving the business environment for high-level coordinated external opening and cross-border trade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
