Leveraging the aerotropolis economy, Hongyuan entered the real estate industry in 2001 and has successively developed landmark projects such as Hongyuan Tianzhu Business Park, Minmetals Wealth Center, Hongyuan Airport City Plaza, Hongyuan Aerotropolis Headquarters Port, and the Aerotropolis Hongyuan International Freight Distribution Center, covering various formats such as 5A-grade office buildings, apartments, and commercial complexes, with a total development area of nearly one million square meters and obtaining a national real estate development enterprise qualification of level four.In addition, Hongyuan has also established a well-trained property management service team, which has obtained the second-level qualification for property management companies through standardized, normalized, and institutionalized services. The team manages various business types including office buildings, warehouses, commercial properties, and hotels, with a total contract area of nearly 700,000 square meters.

Hongyuan Headquarters Port

The Hongyuan Headquarters Port, located in the core area of the airport economy in Shunyi District, Beijing, was completed in September 2016. Comprising of 24 garden-style detached buildings, the Hongyuan Headquarters Port includes office buildings, commercial apartments, hotels, and supporting commercial facilities. The project covers a total land area of 21,000 square meters and a total construction area of 91,000 square meters, with individual building areas ranging from 800 to 3,100 square meters, fully meeting the office service needs of large-scale enterprises.

Hongyuan Hangcheng Square

Hongyuan Hangcheng Square was completed in January 2014 and is located in the core area of the airport economy in Shunyi District, Beijing. With a construction area of approximately 173,000 square meters, the project is a sustainable airport city complex with multiple functions and one-stop planning. The project integrates 5A-grade office buildings, commercial spaces, SOHO offices, and other urban formats, combining business, commercial, accommodation, and other functions through reasonable transportation connections. The project creates a diverse and integrated space with mutual dependence, synergy, and promotion.

WuKuang Fortune Center

WuKuang Fortune Center was put into operation in May 2013, located in Fengtai District, Beijing. The project is adjacent to the Beijing Subway Line 14, with convenient transportation. The overall construction area of the project is about 6,000 square meters, currently including two three-story commercial office buildings, and covers various commercial formats such as banks.

Hongyuan Tianzhu Business Park

Hongyuan Tianzhu Business Park Phase I warehouse project was first completed in February 2003 and expanded through seven phases of construction, with the final phase completed in June 2019. The project is located in the core area of the airport economy in Shunyi District, Beijing, with a building area of approximately 81,000 square meters. It is a multifunctional and comprehensive commercial building complex that includes office buildings, hotels, warehouses, restaurants, and shops.

The Hongyuan International Freight Distribution Center

The Hongyuan International Freight Distribution Center was completed in 2021 and is located in the Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Beijing. It is an important non-competition venue specially built by Hongyuan for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and serves as a centralized storage place for competition materials such as furniture, household appliances, technical equipment, and sports equipment. The project adopts international advanced warehousing design concepts, with a total construction area of 81,000 square meters. The project is adjacent to the Airport Expressway and enjoys a more efficient customs clearance process, convenient transportation, and lower warehousing costs, ensuring the convenience and timeliness of material allocation to the greatest extent.
